Rebuilding Easy Banking
Rebuild a banking app that enormous numbers of people use, without ever pausing the new features they were expecting — and pull a team of specialists out of their separate corners while doing it.

Led the full rebuild of the Easy Banking app, from the first designs through to the version on people’s phones.

Moved the whole app onto a new interface so every screen looked and behaved consistently, rather than like ten apps stitched together.

Built features people use constantly: the money-management tools, international transfers, and Wero.

Set the technical direction for something that had to keep standing for years, not just until the next deadline.

Coached the team — pairing daily, and getting specialists to share what they knew instead of being the only person who understood one part.

Later moved to the server-side team and helped them adopt a new language without disrupting anything already running.
A rebuilt banking app on a modern foundation, one consistent interface across the whole thing, and a team that could keep it moving after I left.
