What you want to make, when you need it, and anything you’ve already tried. Half a page is plenty. You don’t need to know the technical side; that’s my job.

Either with questions, or with a straight answer that it’s not a good fit and who’d be better. A referral costs me nothing and saves you a month.

Where I’m useful.
- A business that needs a proper website and doesn’t want to build it themselves.
- A shop that needs to sell online without fighting a template every week.
- An idea that needs bookings, logins or accounts: the kind of thing a website builder can’t do.
- An app for iPhone and Android, which is what I’ve spent most of my career on.
- Something that already exists, half works, and needs someone to take it seriously.
Less useful: a team of ten, pure design work with no building involved, or a project that only needs extra hands. I’ll say so on the first call.
